Grasping your insights from the void:
The hidden knowledge are your insights into your own submerged knowledge.
And you can realise this information that comes to you when you go into the silence and stay there for a while.
***
Being in silence is not just comforting—as if enveloped in a warm blanket of love—but it also helps you gain mental transparency, allowing you to reflect on areas of your life that you may have overlooked until now.
***
You could call this hidden knowledge, a lot of people in this world want to know about it.
This is about how important it is to you, but not with anyone on the outside of you.
It is to do with everything within you our life, how you are, how you think, and live with other people, how you associate with everything around you.
***
If that's a truth then the next truth is when you're in the silence, and you're wrapped up in that moment, these things give you clearness of mind, you can find things out that you didn't know about yourself.
Understand how you have always carried on in a certain way and not changed, then you can decide on the changes you need.
***
Embracing mindfulness and engaging in thoughtful silence can provide valuable simplicity regarding your goals, chosen environments, relationships, and aspirations. This insight constitutes your personal knowledge.
***
I don't think many people think this, they think it's something on the outside of them, something unknown, mystical, magical, but in truth it is just to do with how you are you're living your life. What you think about yourself, how you proceed with relationships, what you accept and what you don't accept.
***
Parents provide initial guidance that shapes our habits, but some aspects of ourselves remain hidden regardless of parenting.
***
These are the things that are hidden to you, why do you always feel this way when that happens, why do I have repetitive relationship and disappointments?
***
By spending time in calm silence and reflection, you gain a clear thinking about your desires and what you wish to avoid—this is part of accessing hidden knowledge.
***
You may be aware of certain actions while they are occurring, but it is only upon reflection that you can appraise them and consider whether it is appropriate to continue in such behaviour. I probably don't have to keep doing that.
***
These are questions you may consider upon returning from a period of reflection to re-engage with the tangible world, where you are confronted by the experiences and knowledge accumulated throughout your life.
You realize it's happening only after it's over, then you wonder why you should keep doing it.
***
And THIS is hidden information, THIS is what you find out when you've been sitting in the moment, sitting in the silence, not being anything, anywhere, just you and the void and the silence.
***
When you return into the 3D world, you might look at something and think I don't want to do that anymore, I'm not going to do that anymore, I'm going to change that, I'm going to change!
***
Certain individuals hesitate to meditate or embrace the void, as they are unwilling to pause and release their attachments; they find it difficult to stop or consider perspectives beyond their usual framework. This is simply part of their personal journey.
***
But the ones who do’ step out the box, the ones that do the focused meditation, and go into the void long enough to feel the energy of the silence wrapping around them, they will be the ones who get the hidden knowledge.
***
As said before, it doesn't come out in writing or thought, it comes out in action, once you've come back into the 3D World and you change the things you don't want
***
It also makes you feel very relaxed about things; you don't get so tense about what someone else is doing or saying.
You realize it's their journey, not yours, so you no longer feel responsible. This is one insight I've come to understand.
Be light. Be love. Be happy.
